Setting Up Account
Before you can sign in, you need to set up your account. This is done by clicking "Accept Invitation" on the invitation email.
The invitation email comes from "firstname.lastname@example.org" and has the subject line "Welcome to Zion Lutheran Church's Church360 Unite site.
If you think you should have received an invitation but didn't you might want to check your spam folder.
If you received the invitation a while ago but can't quickly locate it, click site manager and request a re-invite.
Normal Sign in
After setting up your account the normal "Sign in" process is to click on "Sign in" in the upper right part of the screen. Then enter your email address and password.
If the upper right says "Welcome, <name>. Settings Sign out" then the user <name> is already signed in. If that is you, you are good to go. If not, click "Sign out" and then sign in.
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" next to the "Sign in" button under the email address/password on the login screen. On the resulting screen enter your email address and click "Send me reset password instructions." Now follow the instructions in the email you receive.
Error When Requesting Password Reset
If clicking "Send me reset..." gives: "1 error prohibited this user from being saved: Email not found," you have not successfully set up your account as described above. The most likely cause is not processing the invitation you received.
If this is your situation and you can quickly find the invitation email, open that email and click on "Accept Invitation."
If you cannot quickly locate the invitation email, click site manager and send the resulting email.
I Never Received an Invitation
Every effort is made to make sure members can sign in but errors do occur. Members click site manager to get a user account invitation.
Click site manager and tell us what is going on.
